Minx is based in Nottingham UK, she has been djing for 11 years and Producing Dance Music for 7. After her previous Album "Touch The Sky " which received a lot of positive feedback Minx has recently finished her third Album "Skycoaster" which is now available form the Albums sections of her site.
Minx has also got her own DJ Agency “Kaos”, already having 18 DJ’s on the roster and attracting more talent from around the globe gaining new members every month Kaos already offers a wide range of musical genres, from Hard Trance and Nu NRG to Oldskool Hardcore; Drum n Base, and deep funky chunky twisted tribal house the Kaos crew have definitely got what it takes to spice up any party, club night or festival. Also offering a wide range of free promotional opportunities to any talented club DJ or producer who has got what it takes to impress the masses with their musical abilities and vinyl spinning attributes.
Future plans
After designing the current website for nusense records and also her own previous site minx is now in the process of designing 2 new web sites as well as keeping the kaos site up to date with new content and giving it a facelift very shortly she is now building her own personal site to showcase some of her more recent productions and also another site for a new digital label which will hopefully be launched later this year or early next year with a new EP… can’t tell you too much about that atm as it’s a top secret project…
Radio
WDRFM In October 2000 DJ Minx played on World Dance Radio (WDR FM) which was voted to be one of the leading International Pirate Radio Stations on the Internet.
Minxd'up She also had her own Internet Radio station on live365.com called Minxd'up which featured some of the Finest Underground DJs from Nottingham, Derby and London providing you with a wide range of music genres. Unfortunately due to new licensing laws brought in September this year the station is no longer on air.
Hard House UK Minx was featured on HHUK radio 2002 Presented By Adam Moore.
Fly FM This Nottingham based radio station did a live interview with DJ Minx featuring an exclusive preview of one of her new tunes. Based at Trent University, Fly FM presented Minx on a show called Destruction on the 6th of December between 10 and 12pm 2003 hosted by Antonio..
Interface
Minx presented her own weekly show every Monday between 5 and 7pm on interface, consisting of Hard Trance, Nu NRG and Drum n' Bass.
